Our Programme is like a "Franchise business" where you will be granted a licence to use CandidateAsia’s system and to operate as a Business Partner. As such, a licence holder will be trained and supported to use the processes and techniques in exactly the same way as all of the other Business Partners on the CandidateAsia system that has been perfected over the years.


We will coach you to be a successful Specialist Recruiter and you will be supported by a dedicated team to facilitate your business such as advertising campaign, marketing, business development, human resources, invoicing, collection, accounting, administrative support, etc. as well as Senior Veteran Specialist Recruiters assisting you to seal deals on your behalf until you are ready to handle yourself. You bring along your experience, knowledge and passion to us and when this combined with our strong brand identity, resources and processes; you have a winning formula for success and sustained growth. How far it goes and how successful it becomes really does depend on how much time you want to commit and how much you would like to earn. This can be quite lucrative if you work smartly.

Our main service is to provide permanent job placement services for our candidates, in order to enrich their career and broaden their work exposures. This is done through a careful selection process to match the needs and requirements of the employer and the potential candidate.

Placement for Contract and Temporary positions


We also provide placement services for contract and temporary positions. Whether the economy is upturn or downturn, there will always be demand for short-term manpower to cover certain short term assignments such as employees on maternity leave, prolong sick leave and temporary cover for resigned employees.
